Great job getting my commercial apartment building sold. These guys get things done! They dealt with all of the headaches and then some. It was a tough building with difficult tenants that we struggled with for years. Our agent, Christopher Quintal, negotiated with everyone onsite and kept the peace which was no small task given the riff raff that lived in the building. My wife and I are getting old and couldn’t really handle the situation anymore. Thank God he got it done and got our money out of it.

I was saved at the last minute by Century City Realtors. Sold my commercial building and didn’t really understand the 1031 exchange process. They lined me up with a 1031 accommodator at the last minute, then searched throughout Los Angeles to find me a replacement building. We found one with 3 weeks to close and they arranged a bridge loan to close 5 days before the exchange expiration date. Saved me from a massive tax bill. Job well done.

Can’t say enough good things about you guys. Your staff did such a wonderful job with the sale of my property. We closed well over the asking price, but more than that was the patience you people showed in dealing with an old timer like me who had accumulated so much stuff over the years that it made things kinda difficult.
